Simply fill in your name and particulars on the ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE PURCHASE AGREEMENT and mail back to our Margate office. Once an account is set up you will receive a monthly statement and a monthly check. At the end of your term you will receive your principle and last payment check for fees earned for that last month. If for any reason a Factorer requires a refund or return of their monies, a 90-day written notice (certified or otherwise) must be mailed in to our offices, upon which a full 100% refund of monies held on account will be promptly sent out to the Factorer.
